PTA Craft Fair

Our annual PTA Craft Fair was on Thursday evening. We had lots of different crafters, including toys, candles, tropic, knitted toys and baby blankets, Christmas wreaths, 3D printer items and tasty traybakes, as well as a raffle and the PTA stalls serving hot chocolate, ice cream and offering a lucky dip. The choir performed and Santa chatted to lots of boys and girls about what they have asked for on Christmas Day. It was a fantastic evening and we thank all who attended.

A Visit to St George's Market

We were delighted to accept an invitation to sing at St George's Market this morning. The P6 and P7 children from the choir got the train into Belfast and made their way round to St George's Market. They did Dunmurry Primary School proud with their beautiful singing, drawing quite a crowd to listen to them. It put everyone in the Christmas mood. Of course, the children's favourite part was getting to go off in small groups and buying things from all the interesting stalls!

All about Bones

The P6's topic this half-term is the Human Body, and they have been enjoying learning with a Queen's Medical Student. They were delighted to welcome Mr Pagoti this afternoon, an Orthopaedic Surgeon, who helped them learn all about bones.
