Sporting Fixtures

Our P7 pupils attended Ulster Hockey's Girls and Boys Blitz held at Friends School this week. Our teams played lots of great hockey, displaying fantastic teamwork and sportsmanship. We are proud of them representing our school so well.

Then our School League Football team played great football on Thursday afternoon with 2 wins, 1 draw and just 1 loss. Well done to all our teams.

House Bake Off Competition

Everyone had a great morning at he House Bake off. The boys and girls in P4-7 had to bake a house themed cake, ie. Lagan bakes had to be yellow, Farset red, Blackstaff green and Connswater blue. There were some very creative entries and some very tasty ones too! The whole school loved coming to the sale and selecting their favourite to buy and eat. The children raised a total of £310.86 and we are going to ask them if there is anything in particular they would like to buy with the money.

Harvest Assembly

Thank you to everyone who sent in donations for our Harvest assembly this morning. Aidan from Storehouse took the assembly for us, explaining lots of what Storehouse does and then took the donations with him. We also had lovely singing from all the classes and it was the choir's first performance of the year.
