In assembly this morning Mr Lewis talked all about safeguarding and who the school safeguarding team are - Mr Lewis as Designated teacher, Mrs Hackett as deputy Designated teacher, Miss Percy as Online safety co-ordinator and Corrina as Designated governor. The children then completed their helping hand of adults they can trust and speak to if they have any worries.
Healthy Break
We have been encouraging all children to bring a healthy snack for break each day. Nursery - P2 get provided with a healthy snack daily and then P3 - P7 bring their own. We need parents to remind their children what a healthy snack is and what out of their lunchbox is for breaktime and any treats are for lunchtime. We have decided no lollipops in school as they can be a choke hazard when running around the playground.
